After being forced to jump thru flaming hoops with Paypal, they decided to investigate and dispute the charge.
While this was going on I discovered after a 5th phone call to Sony that they DID recieve my payment and didnt bother notifying either Paypal or myself. So because of this an earlier purchase that was also questionable was being disputed by Paypal and now my account is suspended until at least 3 business have gone by.
I had Paypal drop the dispute and it takes at least 3 days for the money to be deposited into Sonys account and for my account to be reactivated.
I have spent thousands of dollars (in Home alone) and to get treated like some common sheep with a number on my back pisses me off.
Sony should be boycotted from future purchases until they change their policy regarding how they deal with errors on THEIR end.
This is highly unethical and just flat out bad business
SONY IS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF...AND LEAVING US LIABLE FOR CHARGEBACK FEES AND IN MY CASE EVEN SUSPENDING ACCOUNTS BECAUSE OF THEIR ERROR WHICH THEY WERE TO UNETHICAL TO INFORM US OF VIA EMAIL OR BLOG POST.

Guys/Girls.. this is why you should NEVER use CC (Credit Card) information on your PS3/PS4. Sony got hacked before and it can happen again anytime. buy pre-paid cards in your local stores.
The way I am trying to explain also is that one day.. it could get you banned because of doing a charge-back.. if Sony knows you did a charge-back through your bank, they simply ban you from you re PSN account and you have to pay them back. you lose everything you ever had in the PS Store.
Be smart, set auto-renewal on OFF or never use any CC information and buy pre-paid cards. Simple.
Don't you all know Sony and their Customer Service don't really care anymore...
