Hey folks,
If you have noticed delayed transactions relating to your PSN account, please read the following message from Customer Services:
We apologize for the confusion. Due to technical issues there were delays in the processing of some transactions. The charges you see now are related to previous purchases made on your account. Your credit card was authorized at the time of purchase, however the credit card charge was not settled until this week.
Please realize, although you received a purchase confirmation at the time of purchase, these are not always related to the actual charges being processed – these are two separate events. Please reference your account transaction history for additional details of the purchases associated with these charges.
Please check the Customer Support Knowledge Center for more information: http://us.playstation.com/support/answer/index.htm

Welcome to the PlayStation Community.
Sorry to sound rude, but did you actually read the first post?

It could be that the authorization hasn't fallen off and the actual charge was processed. This can happen depending on when your bank releases the hold but you shouldn't be charged twice.

For the refunds, how long do those take? I was told 10-15 days, whereas ather people were told 2-3 business days. Which is it?

Called my bank. They said this was fraud and illegal. Good luck in court.
EDIT: Let me go into detail. Sony has a contract with the banks that clearly states that charges MUST BE SUBMITTED PROMPTLY!!!!
Sony should have eaten these mistakes they made. Instead, they blame the customer. Nice.

Hello moderator? This is the second thread I've asked this question on? It seems that on both threads moderators disappear after I've asked this?

I read that I made a transaction from July 31 that I paid $29.99 on Burnout Paradise Super Bundle where as today according to my checkings account, it is the same amount I paid to that day. It's just the glitch in the system.
