Day 1 download... what a JOKE!

Dear morons at sony,

When I preorder a game for a day one download then it reaches midnight and the game isnt available to download not once (dishonored) but now twice (doom 3 bfg), I ask what the **bleep** is this service even worth doing?

Other services, (steam/actual stores) allow me to pick up my copy at midnight... but you dont... now I have to wait all the way until im home from work, download the title then probably play it late night...

who runs your company??????????????????????????

I'm totally with you, i'm **bleep** because I can't download doom3 bfg and its 8 am est if you hear anything please reply to this because i'm wondering when this will finally work. It better not be midnight in Japan till I can download this.

Unfortunately here on the east coast I can't download it yet. So I called customer support and they said ever tuesday they refresh the store (even though last night the store was under maintenance) and that this happens sometimes, also I should keep checking every hour or so for it to show up in my transaction list or should become available in the store. Who knows, its very annoying though.

Just called again and they're saying the store refresh should be done early afternoon Pacific time. Total BS.

Im totaly with ya on this one . When I preorder somthing I expect it to be there within minutes after midnight . At this point it would have been better to just drive to the store to pick it up . I just dont see the real advantage to pre-ordering online if this is how its going to be, and probably the last time I preorder anything from the psn store.

Yep this will be my last time also. We should get some compensation for this like they did when psn was down for over a month. They say its day 1 digital but its false advertising. They can't treat there customers like this.

I agree but technically its still day 1 so as long as it is released sometime today thats all i care about even though i could have gotten a hard copy of the game by now.
