I wouldnt expect anything until tomorrow afternoon. Customer service closes at 10 Pm pacific so i highly doubt Sony has people working over night to fix this. They really dropped the ball here.
mine is not working either, the dude i talked to from sony last night said to try again this morning, so i did, and it still is not working, so im going to call sony again and make them fix this

i have the same issue, with it saying "an error has occurred", called sony and they say because i tried so many times to input the code i am now locked out for 24hrs., have to wait. But she also said it not available at this time anyhow. Wait the24hrs and try again, the lock out should be up along with the DLC for Dawnguard.
just got off the phone with sony, apparently the dawnguard codes aren't activacted yet, pretty dumb to sell people codes that arent activated imho, i mean do they want to **bleep** people off?
The same **bleep** happened to me when I bought Dragonborn, I had to wait till nightfall for Sony to activate the codes or get the DLC on PSN or whatever, but by the time I got it, downloaded it and installed it, I didn't want to play it anymore... I only bought Dawnguard because had already reserved and payed for it. Never again buying from Sony. After this i'm switching to Xbox.
It just irks me that they knew this was supposed to be released yesterday. They should have fixed all problems before they officially let public pick up and buy the codes.
Don't freaking lead us on for over a year, then the day it comes out finally... codes do not work. And it isn't working today either.
At least give us an answer as to WHY the codes aren't working. WHY they weren't working on this when they told the public that they'd be releasing the DLCs.
