DC Universe Online Recurring Legendary Subscription Not Working!

Hi,


I registered for the 30-day recurring legendary subscription a couple of days ago, & when I logged into the game, found that my access level is still set to "Free"!


I checked my PS3 activation/authorization, verified that the subscription is in my "Account Management" service list... Is there something else I need to do, or what?


Any response would be highly appreciated...

Didn't any of the "MODs" read this inquiry till now, or is that complicated that no one wants to even respond?!

Guys, if I'm asking the wrong question or asking the right one but in the wrong place, appreciate re-directing me towards the correct direction...

This is totally frustrating & in any way acceptable...

Awaiting any feedback...

I can't renew my Plus subscription either...doesn't seem like any payment options are working even it accepts changes but then says it is invalid.
