Charged twice for the same game

I was charged 2 times for the the same game on psn wondering if this has happened to others . Have called 3 times twice denied a refund waiting on the 3rd Sony you have broken your own policy

You can't purchase  the same game more than once with a single PSN account, and if you did it with different accounts then you are not due a refund.  If your wallet was double-charged for the same game content, customer support can see that in your transaction history, and would give you a credit.  I have rarely heard people even claim that happened. It is very rare.  What reason did customer support give for denying the refund?

That's why I said they broke the their policy the 3rd time I called they saw that I did buy it twice

they better give a refund, not just store credit when its there f*ck up. i was double charged 3 days ago and im still waiting....

This happened to me recently too. I just called Customer Support and they told me to check my bank, but if what you're saying is the case... Maybe I should've asked for that refund.
