Cannot deactivate my devices HELP

I am living in South Africa, and cannot activate my new ps3 as i previously owned 2 models before in which both broke, i have contacted the local company part serve and its been more than a week and all they saying is pan is not getting back to them, waiting on them pending.

My ps3 is useless without it being able to activate so no use for psn at all and i am a psplus subscriber.

Please could anyone from pan help me to deactivate my devices from my account, my online id is nx5ts

You can sign into your account from any browser here:


Once in there is an option to deactivate any or all consoles registered to your ID.
