The other day, when I tried to check my PSN profile on my slim PS3, it never displayed. I have waited like 10 minutes and it never comes up. I can see all my friends avatars and star level (same with mine), but when I select mine or anyone's profile to view the star progress percentage, trophy card or even to compare trophies the profile card comes up, but it is blank with no avatar and the last trophies aquired and star progress never display. The trophies have a spinning arrow as if they are loading, but nothing ever happens. IDK what the hell is going on. My trophies sync to the server, but I can't view my trophy card or star percentage. I have the latest update and have for awhile. Please help.
Any info would be helpful.
Thanks for responding. I have rebooted, but I have not reset the internet connection, because I am able to log in fine and play online. I will go and reset the connection for the internet, now that you have mentioned it. I hope that works. Thanks
I tried resetting the internet connection and tested it. Everything is normal. I'm connected.
I still can't view my star percentage, trophy card or last aquired trophies. =(
Sorry that didn't work, it doesn't alays but sometimes it does.
For what it's worth last night I checked mine, & I found out I'm currently not able to sync my trophies or view other peoples/friends trophies or compare trophies, so you're not alone.

I finally fixed it. It has to do with a database corruption. You have to enter SAFE mode and "Rebuild the Database." It took about 4-5 minutes. The corruption happened when I tried to view my profile while a story related cut scene was playing (the type that continues to play even when you press the PS button). The game must have been loading the next level at the time that I tried to view my profile. I guess, I won't be doing that again. Many thanks to Whitney from the Playstation support call center in Northern Cali. for helping me fix it.
P.S. Booooo and thumbs down to Erin from Playstation support call center in Northern Cali., because she hung up on me twice. Learn from Whitney.
