I have the same problem but I bought a the map pack rezzurection for black ops and then annihilation but it didn't let me download annihilation on my ps3 because 2 ppl had activated their ps3 with my account so I bought the map pack on my friends ps3 but on my account ,then I tried to get it on my ps3 after deactivation my other friends ps3 but I got the same error message after I tried to activate and download the map pack , what shall I do ??

do this:

1. - Change the password

2. - Change the Logon msn

3. - Turn off your ps3

4.-switch it on and re-login with the new data

5. - Activate your account

I seem to have to same problem. With the two PS3s i could have active, I let my friend try to get a game off me and it wouldnt work. Nor could I get anything from him. My friend had my account on his ps3 as an alternative sign in, and he deactivated that for us. After he did that, My friend could dowload the game. and when he was done, he deactivated my account from his ps3. I tried to play my game but the same error as the other guy came up. I couldnt dowload anything, or play anything. I could no longer activate my account on my system and am still having troubles with it now. I cant use my account and I went to the website, qriocity or whatever and deactivated all the ps3 systems from my account. and Now I have no PS3s hooked to my account and It still wont let me activated it and Im super mad and i dont know what to do. Help me fix this, I have over $500 on my account and over 40 games that im not willing to give up. This really angers me and no one of anyone I ask can help. But I have yet to call Sony.
