Can't find avatar

Last year PS+ members got exclusive Halloween avatars. I was unable to grab them since my PS+ had expired two weeks prior to the store update and I was unable to re-subscribe. I was told the avatars were now available to be purchased by anyone but I searched the whole avatar section and can't find them. Does anybody who if the avatars are still available or were they exclusive to 2011 Halloween?

Also does anyone know if there is going to be a 13 days of Halloween this year? Leading up to a free horror related movie rental at the end of the month?

You mean the one I have?

I was under the impression that the Avatars you're referring to were exclusive to PS Plus, but if you've seen something that says they're now available for all then so be it, I was not aware of that, who told you they were?

I haven't heard about the 13 days thing either, sorry.
