Can't add funds to wallet?

So here's the deal.  Got a PS3 slim last December.  I've been making purchases regularly without trouble.  Recently I upgraded to a 500GB HD, and restored the system on it.  I purchased a game in the store, played it for about 15 mins, and decided I wanted some add-ons.  Went back to buy some, and got the "cannot add funds to your wallet" error, with no error code.  Nothing had changed but the HDD, so I don't know.  I can 'purchase' and download free items from the store no problem, it's just the adding funds part.  I've tried with three different cards. It's been several weeks now.  Any thoughts?

Let us know. Anyway when you add a card to your account (on the PS3) Everything has to be typed in EXACTLY as it is on the billing statement including capitalization and punctuation.

Nope.  Says my credit card information isn't valid.  :/

I'd call the card issuer.

It won't even recognize two other cards as having valid credit card numbers.  I checked, and they are valid.  I used one of them previously without any trouble.

I'm having the exact same problems. Tried qriocity, tried 3 different cards. Nothing works. Where are you located? I'm starting to think this problem is localized in a certain region. In this case, Canada. I know 4 other people in Canada having the exact same problem. I've called my card issuer and everything is fine. They even notice Sony doing temporary charges of $1.00 everytime I try to use my card. These are all approved on the credit card side so the problem is entirely on Sony server side. I called customer support and they were pretty lost as well. They say they have no control over the billing system since it's automated and they couldn't put me in touch with someone who did.

Hmm.  I'm in the US, in Wyoming, so I'm up north, but not Canada.  You in Alberta or Saskatchewan?  Wyoming's just below them, so we could still all be in an area that's affected, I dunno.

just buy psn cards its easier i had the same problem with my bank card before if its saying unvalid on the other website then its somthing to do with your card thats what it was for me anyway.
