Hello, I had another account that I didn't use that much, but I was online today after my son changed the password for me, and all of a sudently I was signed out!! tried signing back in again, but said that the email address was wrong, and then I got a mail that says:
"This e-mail confirms that the sign-in ID (E-mail Address) for your Sony Entertainment Network account has been changed.
If you did not intend to change your sign-in ID, contact Consumer Services for further assistance."
What can I do??

What I was trying to say (or ask) Does it has to be a phone call? No chat assistance on this type of issue? I honestly don't like consumer service over a phone, thanks
