Recently I have just paid for AC III on the Playstation Store, and I can't downloaded it. It said I didn't have enough room. The game says I need 11 GBs. I have 18 GBs avalibe. I reset my playstation. I turned it off as well, but for some reason every time I keep trying to downloaded my game I bought it keeps telling me I don't have enough storage space which is simply not true.  Please help.

It is true. You need double the file size. In this case you need 22G. You have 18G. Start deleting. Game data is safe to delete.
