Also had this problem so I had to switch to prepaid cards and now even those won't work, I get an error code once the code is sent to my walllet, this sucks, Sony sucks, I hate this!

I dont know why but i cant add any funds to my wallet. PSN Store says " An error has occured" for everything you click on to purchase. Before it used to say " cant add funds" now it says " an error has occured". PSN needs to fix that soon cause Theres Borderlands 2 DLC thats on sale rite now

I too am having the exact same thing. It's been happening since the 13th..
I spoke to customer service, and ofcourse it wasn't their fault, so I then contacted my CC company and they said they had locked it due to an error with Playstation. I have to wait 4-7 days. Any attempt within this time will prolong the lock, so i'm buggered til' then. If it doesn't work after then, i'm buying an xbox.

I am also getting the message that my credit card info is incorrect when I try to fund my wallet. I know my credit card is good, and only have one account. I find it odd and an indication of a problem in the Sony system that it says that the last time I funded my wallet was on 6/10/2041! I tried to fill the wallet through the PSVita and also on the computer and neither way is working. Help!

I can't add funds either. Says my credit card info is wrong. I checked and it is correct. Called the bank to be sure the card is good and it is fine. What is wrong Sony?!?!?!
