Two days after buying a year of PS+ through the web store, I got an email titled "Your voucher codes are ready!". In the email, where it looks like there should be codes for Showtime and 3 months of PS+, it says "No coupons available" for each. What can I do about this? Who do I contact?

If you did not receive the vouchers all you should have to do is contact support, and they will assist accordingly.
