Assistance Please? (80710D23)

11 replies 632 views Edited Aug 20, 2011

I get signed out of the PSN with the error code (80710D23) at random points in time, but I can sign back on as soon as I want to.  It's frustrating getting signed out in the middle of a match constantly with no hope of knowing when it will happen next.  Anyway to fix this?

ERROR CODE ("Network Server Timeout")

This often happens after a PS Store update when the servers are busy. How long has this been going on?

Have you tried restarting your modem and router?

You have no idea.  lol I restated my router, but it's not possible to restart my modem from my end.  I called my cable provider a few days ago and they pwoer cycled everything (restarted the whole 9 yards, modem, computer, router, ect...) and still nothing.

Try putting your system in standby mode, then turning it off with the switch in the back overnight. (Unplug it if you have a Slim)

I have done that.  It doesn't seem to make a difference.  P.S I have fat 40gb model if it matters any.

I'm having the same issue with the same model. Did you ever resolve your issue.
