Any way to report a player to psn?

Simply, is there any way to report a player directly to PSN for IP flooding? I know i'm not the only one who's been constantly hit offline by DDOSers.

Simply, no.  Network security is not Sony's responsibility, and Sony has no way to confirm what is going on which your network.  Sony uses reports of player misconduct as a starting point for an investigation that involves reviewing records, or possibly monitoring the player, assuming that the game is a Sony-published title.  Sony won't take action against any PSN account based on the report alone.  A Sony employee has to witness, or find evidence of a rules violation, based on Sony's own data.  Sony won't take your word for anything. Sony doesn't really do anything with cheating reports for third-party games like Call of Duty. You need to contact the publisher about those. Sony has no way to trace the source of a DDOS attack that is not targeting its own servers, and it will not accept your conclusions about who is responsible.
