HOME usually goes down for maintenance at around 4 a.m. EST on Wednesday morning.  As for the error codes, you might try posting in the Support forums?  I think you can search for error codes over there as well, though I am not 100 percent sure on that one.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling Home?

Before your next log-in attempt, you may want to try power cycling your modem and router as well.

If your home cache is 3GB (default), it woudlnt' take long.  If its bigger, reinstalling Home resets the cache size.

I do this on all the time when I have issues. It actually takes less time to delete and reinstall Home then it does to log onto Home and get on.Woman Happy

hmmm... I wouldn't say it takes less time. With a 12Gb cache it takes me close to 10 min deleting Home. But yes, deleting and reinstalling sometimes help. Especially when the DC become frequent on loading. I usually do a file scan/HDD rebuild between delete and reinstall.
