so i guess this is how playstation network shows customer appreciation by stealing from us, im so ticked about not recieving my dlc this make no sense that they do us this way i'll never make another purchase they might do it again and again

I also never got the Alice McGee DLC that was supposed to be included with the Ultimate Edition. I called customer support about it and they told me to redownload it from my download list after deleting the game. However I still have this problem and I wouldn't of made the purchase of this game if I had known of this issue. I'm considering a refund as I'm not satisfied with the purchase being incomplete. I would however like some sort of help back on this.

On the PlayStaton Blog they've said they are going to send us vouchers over the PSN, but they haven't given any kind of time frame. It's been weeks now guys, what's the hold up? Why have you stopped communicating?

Calling or emailing support continues to be a waste of time for this issue because they still aren't aware of the problem and can't provide any helpful insight into how it is being resolved.
Please, we need an update from someone who knows what's being done to address this! We've heard nothing new for two weeks now.
