i hate the new ps store being back the old

Everytime i goto the ps store, thois error pops up, and even worse the "O back" option doesnt work...I have to completely shut down the system...I will let me hold the home button to power it down, or hit the manual power on the console, but thats it...

My friends got the new cod bo II add on and I can't access the store to spend my money I'm getting **bleep**. I've tried 3 times and have to restart my ps every time
