Is the list of supported devices set in stone?

For reasons not worth getting into, I opted for the galaxy s4 over the htc one. Is the current list of supported devices for Playstation Mobile subject to additions in the feature or is it set based on a deal Sony has with those company's?

The list on the web site is not even up-to-date, but it can change at any time.  Sony is more than happy to Playstation-certify additional Android devices, if they meet the criteria.  The reason that there isn't more of them is that it isn't a priority for most phone models that aren't made by Sony. Android already plays lots of games, and there are no Playstation Mobile exclusives that are in high demand yet.

Is there a more up to date list somewhere? It would be nice to know all phones that have PSM if that list isn't up to date.
