Definitely this. Actually, two collections would be awesome, THPS 1-4, and the Underground games. You're right though, it probably won't ever happen...

Also, a Socom 2 remake as other's have said. R&C series too.

Resident Evil 4 and Code: Veronica X in HD ... good. but what would make me really really happy would be to see the Res Evil 1 2 3 of the legendary Playstation! in glorious HD!

hopefully Konami .. announce the MGS trilogy in HD! with the good old MGS 1.

People are discussing what games they would LIKE to see released, not necessarily annouced games.

RE1 - 3 are already on the PSN as PS1 classics.

I would purchase a Silent Hill Collection and a Devil May Cry Collection in a heartbeat (true fact). 
you're in luck then at least partially, because a RE collection including those two games has been annouced.
