Nothing of interest for me - well, I would get Valkyria Chronicles 2, but sadly, I haven't a PSP. September, October, and especially November seem to have a much better lineup for games. I'm ordering some of the games from my backlog this month, haven't gotten a new game since Battlefield: Bad Company 2, so I need a little something new.

I'll be the third to say there is absolutely nothing I'm getting this month. This thread's a good idea but you started in probably the worst month of the summer drought.

I’m really looking forward to Mafia II. I might not purchase the Collector’s Edition of this video game and I might not purchase this video game on the day that it is released but Mafia II is definitely on my “video games to purchase” list. Very few video games make it onto this list (that is for sure). I seriously feel like I’m the only one who is looking forward to this video game. What the heck?

Mafia 2 is the best game coming this month for PS3 imo. I probably won't be getting it yet though, maybe some other time. Ither than that, nothing interests me this month...

Saving up for the end of September / beginning of October. There's a string of interesting sequels I've had my eye on that are all landing within a couple weeks of each other around that time (Test Drive Unlimited 2, Dead Rising 2, Two Worlds 2...).

Shank is the only title that interests me in August. Sure, it may only be one game, but seeing as I'm waiting to purchase quite a few games in the fall, I'm glad my choices are limited. It'll be the perfect start to the "fall rush."
