  I find it hilarious when a newb to the forums goes around "enforcing" the forum rules. He didn`t even make a double post. When you get to know the forums a little more, then you can "enforce" the rules. Educate yourself.

Anyway, your parents need to remove the restriction, it doesn`t automatically go away when you turn 18.
