Hi.  I think I have a problem...

I recently bought two PS2 games but I just bought a PSX Playstation Console. Does anyone know if I can actually play PS2 games on a PSX/PS One Console?

You cannot play PS2 games on a PS1 console, I believe.

ps 1 reads cds while ps2 is in dvd! so i doubt it will work

That would be forward compatibility, a technical impossibility.

Like everyone is saying here. You CAN'T play PS2 games on PSone, but you can play PSone games on PS2 console.
