ill answer this download the theme off the store and wait till you recieve an invite from sony to email you used to register on the psn

Downloading the theme doesn't work anymore if you go on the PS store and go to the home theme it no longer says home beta application. It just says Home theme.

While the name may have changed, nothing confirms or denies that downloading the theme will be your application for the beta process. There is no reason not to just download it just in case, in the off chance it may still get you in.
