Okay, if your talking about the trial coming and going in 5 mins, ive sayed this b4 its not going to be the 1st 15000 people to get in its guna be the most qualified 15000 people so no way they gunna find 15000 qualified people in 5 mins even though it still is a first come first server sorte of thing so dont expect to come a day later and it still be up.
Most beta's that Sony do, take the first set amount and then stop taking app's. This Beta is done by the company that has developed HOME, so I assume the process will probably be a little different. I would think that when you go to sign up & it's full it will tell you no more app's are bing taken, just like Sony does.
NO ONE REALLY KNOWS..
Just click the site every 3 minutes and you should be fine!!
