Playstation Home and Folding@Home aren't related...

I doubt you could run both Folding@Home and Home at the same time. F@H required a lot of your system's power, but running that and connecting to an Hi Def community of millions. I doubt it

Not a bad idea, but it'd have to work like matchmaking for other games (Launching games from Home™.), maybe small temporary teams in Folding for when you get a few peeps to jump in.
