these are full sized, and you will get them being a VIP. you will get 4 of them each with different collour/outfit
Those are from the House Coffers and have absolutely nothing to do with the VIP status.
If you look at the coffers in the Clubhouse, Heavy Water reduced them to only require 1,000,000 as opposed to the 10,000,000 that the coffers require in the personal space. Talk to Barlow and you'll see that the community has met 4 / 5 coffer requirements in the Clubhouse. Since House Grimoult is only at 635,000 it hasn't unlocked yet. They don't unlock in the personal space because those still require 10 million each.

Again, these aren't the VIP companions. Those are different. You'll get these as soon as you arrive in the clubhouse regardless of whether you own anything.

Yeah, there were other people were going to the clubhouse I was going to last night without owning anything and they were reporting they received the companions as well. If you look at the house coffers while there, you'll see that Heavy water reduced the clubhouse requirements from 10 Million to 1 Million, so 4 out of the 5 coffer requirements have been met in the clubhouse (no idea why the personal space still requires 10 Million). You'll notice that Grimolt only has 635,000 gems donated so it hasn't unlocked yet.
