yes 47 days if I remember correctly ...
Others did their mission and left the area before collecting their fragments and the bars went up soooo, looks like you might have to wait until we have access to that area again (sorry 
) unless someone figures a way back in there ...
Personally, as soon as I got in, I went looking for the frags rather than do the mission first

Sadly, I can confirm I completed the mission but left without looking around... grrrrr I'm at 51 Fragments but see one through the bars.
I don't know where the 42 days number came from, but it is definitely 47. Hopefully this should help to clear things up for those who still aren't sure.
