Like if you do something dumb in Home or make fun of people, will there be any polis to arrest you and meaning to pt you in jail?(Suspend you)

No but their will be in game mods inforcing the rules

There are mods like already said, and the "jail" they send you to is real-life as you'll probably just be kicked and banned from accessing HOME for a time if you do something really naughty.

Though, I presume the mods are in-game characters like we are? So that means if a mod wants to, he can probably dress up like a cop for fun or wear some special clothes only moderators can access. Though no horses or cars or any transport stuff like that
