Answering the original post : Green orc(winged) outfit and Hades outfits have a large wing span and forces your Name/Status to be pushed up higher than normal just like the lava/golem suit. The male/female LKWD mechjet outfits when doing their respective orb emote but that's just particle effects not necessarily outfit size. I'm at work so can't post pics of them right now. As well as the non-winged Green Orc outfit which makes you appear a bit taller than normal humanoid avatars.
Along the same lines as the outfits above there was the mech suits that were done by Sony that were advertised and released during the same time Dead Island Central Plaza came out. I forgot the names of the suits but I'm sure someone that has access to home will post the names before I get home to edit this post with the right costume names.
In terms of humanoid outfits. The old IREM male oxford-like school uniform and the IREM male japanese school uniform makes you look a bit "thicker" than normal clothing items do. I'm pretty sure the Granzella japanese school uniform, which was recently pulled, also makes you look a bit "thicker" too.
I'm sure there's others but the green orc winged outfit and hades outfits are ones that come to mind right away when I read the OP.

Its sounding more and more like the Demon costume is taking it.. I'd like to see the Green Demon, Hades Outfit, Mechjet and that and the Lava creature all in one place.. Haa!
Oh' and side note: Be great if they kept these mini games alive in the Action District..
