ok for some reason it hasnt been added yet but i think when they added the army strong shirt it was added on a monday or something it wasnt a content or maintenance day and it wasnt added until later on in the day so maybe we will just have to wait and see

also i just checked the psn store and noticed the mentioned theme that would be added isnt in there yet so lets just hope these are added later on today
