Uproar is getting its first content update, the “Oh Snap” collection, which includes new items, rewards and a level cap increase!
Check out some of the other features we’ve added and issues resolved below…
- Information points added to the Uproar lobby, allowing you to access the Uproar website and backstory from within Home.
- The number of players in your session is now shown on the gang select screen and scoreboard.
- You now keep your personal score on team swap and are awarded the relevant experience at the end of the round.
- Issues with the controls sometimes not appearing on the inventory screen: fixed.
- Issues with the experience bar sometimes being the wrong colour: fixed.
- You can now see a player’s XP level, and whether they’re dead or in the inventory, on the scoreboard.
- We’ve Moved in-game respawn text down to prevent clashes with XP text.
- Adjusted “Fusion” and “Quad” maps to block some unnecessary hallways and rooms, making for a better 4v4 experience.
- New items added to the inventory for rental, gifting and purchase: Male Punk outfits, Female Punk outfits, The Binoculator (Primary Weapon), Gauss Rifle (Primary Weapon), Lil Stumpy (Secondary Weapon), Stop Sign (Melee Weapon), Double Jump (Serum), Zen (Taunt), Oh Snap (Taunt), Le Hoo Sa Her (Taunt), Collection 1 – Oh Snap! (Bundle).

With help from their growing family of Mechs, Iron Fusion's scientists studied the esoteric design of the Samurai and Geisha Bots and used their findings to create the next generation of transforming robots. Unlike their predecessors the Mechjets, Panthabots Falchion, Makhaira, Shamshir, Atrox, Azandica and Tulliana are able to alter their form at will.
The Panthas have exceptional visual and olfactory scanning capabilities. They have begun training in physical combat, apparently in preparation for a coming enemy, but are reticent when it comes to specific details. Initial data implies that the past disappearance of several Solar Fusilier and Abyss Trooper units, plus the appearance of a mysterious 'Shadow Portal' are all somehow connected to the Panthabots' high alert status...

Never been a fan of the mech stuff from Lockwood but I am glad to see a level cap increase for uproar and new content for it as well. Even though that the rewards for the first 30 levels were not great I still love the game and is possibly my favorite game in home. I hope they keep updating the game over time!

How could anyone in his right mind want larger maps for Uproar? Their subpar layout is one of the game's biggest flaws. They are oversized for eight players, and the average match contains half that.
I like the variety of both small and large maps. My favorite map happens to be the smallest map but I like them all. The problem is that if there are not 8 players playing then it makes the large maps kinda boring because the kill counts are low and it takes a while to find anyone. I think they should have just added more smaller maps than to shorten the ones already out.
