Mods, please float/sticky this. It was featured before and it deserves the same treatment now.  Club owners and people wishing to join a club depend on it. Just like the old Tome version, this thread is vital to the PlayStation Community. Editing it no longer bumps to the top, making it next to impossible to keep it on the first page. For the sake of everyone, please float/sticky it.

• when your club meets
• a short description

I'll edit it, put it all together, and add it to an catagory.
