Transforming Panther?!

I just saw a 'Transforming Panther' type avatar in Home. The person who was wearing this unique outfit was able to shoot energy blasts from their hands in a special custom animation. Also, as the title of the thread says, he was also able to transform into a panther as well. Any idea on where, or how to acquire this, if at all possible? Is it possible that it is only available in another region?

Not sure. But since I can't think of any other way to get it from games or promotions or something, I assume you can find it in the store if you look hard enough.
