Very nice and spacious place, but:
Here's some of the things I think should be fixed/added before final release.
1. Needs a shower stall in the bathroom. Any high end bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub should have a glass enclosed shower stall.
2. Tub should be filled with water and have the ability to sit in it, not on it.
3. The balcony wall is too high, it totally kills the view. The section above the plants needs to be removed.
3. Bedroom closet. Since this is a closet and we don't have clothing items for deco, I think some baked in clothes should be added for
effect.
4. Half Bath: No toilet paper holder, unless it's behind the door.

I agree with this. I thought the same thing about the tub and sitting on it as opposed to in it. And yes the wall does kill the awesome view of the Strip because it's too high. I had a hard time tying to show the view when making the video. If it were lower it would be so much better. And A 100 item limit certainly does not allow for much in the way of clothing or item placement in the walk in closet.

I agree--clear panels would be real nice in the circled area. Better yet, all the way around the balcony.

Thanks for the tour Superlatives, yea, it is a pretty awesome space. I'm looking forward to getting it (twice). I agree the wall around the balcony is too high. That was the first thing I noticed when I went out there. I really like that Slots and Video Poker are available in the space, as those are my 2 games of choice, but I much prefer the smaller Slots. If the large one remains it'll just be taking up space. Thanks again. Dean
