Southern Island Flight - does Magic Cloak work?

Would someone who owns one of the magic cloaks (red/purple) confirm if it works with the flight game during the event at Southern Island?

The game lists "wizard jacket" as one of the eligible garments, but I'm not sure which item that is. Thanks.

No, it doesn't, and I am annoyed to no end about it. I can't even figure out what things do work. Could someone provide a list of the exact items that work and a list of which items that are listed at the game aren't even released yet? I went to the Granzella site like it said but it was no help. The only Gothic Lolita Dress I see listed on Alphazone is by Konami so I doubt that is it, same for the Poncho.

The Granzella Lolita Dress and Ponchos are probably coming next week. Relative to the Cloak the Vampire Outfit is the one that fits that requirement if I'm not mistaken. I can't screen cap the requirements given I'm not Home at the moment.

The newest luxury dress and suit, the vampire suit and succubus outfits, and the witch outfits are the only ones that we have that work with the flying game. Everything else is maybe coming to us later. Locomotions don't count

Really, though, the magic cloak is a flying item made by Granzella, I don't see why they chose not to have it work with the event. Unless one of the upcoming items is amazing I am not sure I want to buy another flying item just to participate. That and they took away our ability to get 40 of the daily tropical points with the removal of the priest and swimming from the space during this event, yet they just introduces a bunch of new rewards to exchange points for.
