WTH!  I paid full price for that when t first came out... Then never played it as it was Rewards for Owners only BS!

yea I nvr bought Scribble Shooter cuz of the ridiculous price but now I may consider it, 1 reason is I wanna find out if we can play these games on our Vitas & earn the rewards on Home or if we HAVE to play em on Home to earn the rewards

Good question—the only way to unlock any rewards the games may have is to play via the arcade cabinets in Home itself.
