Re: Saluting Jersquall

Jul 20, 2012

Not sure when I became an icon man. :smileyhappy: But thank you.

I miss first wave and 2,3,4.. But things will evolve and such is Home. Yes, it's tough and I know what you mean max. I just wanted you to know you did it right in Home. You did. We did.

End of my era. Fresh minds and new ideas will lead the way. We will support from afar and enjoy our days as we should. We have done our bit for god and country. :smileytongue:

TTYL man. Thanks for always guiding the GUIDE!

And ICB, You old vet.. Ill miss you just as much man. Thank you my friend :smileywink:

I just saw your post on the other page...

Wow. This is tough. I know you had mentioned it before, but I put the thought aside.

You've done a lot for the Home Community Volunteer program and the community itself. You have become an icon.

You have been honest and open and funny.

You have spent hours upon hours serving our community via Home, this forum and other media. I'm betting that each moment in a public space kept you busy, but it was also fun. I know you enjoy helping others as I do. As many do.

You will be missed, sir.

An icon.

I really don't know what to say as it feels as if an era has come to a close... Weird.

Everything will be cool, I know. The HCV will move on and continue to do great service. And you will too as a "civilian".

Thank you for being a partner and a friend. Thank you for everything, Jersquall.

And, thank you for your kind words and friendship.

Wow it's sad to see the HCV's lose one of their best. It almost doesn't seem real. But it is good to know that you will be able to have more free time to do events, podcasts, and be able to hang out more jers. I salute you jers, you were and truly are one of the best.

See you and everyone else on home. :smileyhappy:

Who's Jersey Cow oils?  JK, I'm not much of a poster on the Forums but I've Lurked your posts quite a bit.  I've also attended many of the same events you've been a part of.  You are a big reason the positive communities on Home continue.  From the noob that doesn't know where to go to have fun, and the veteran that doesn't know where to go to have fun, Thanks.  BTW, when I was in the Navy and a guy was getting discharged we'd duct tape him to the rafters.  HCV's, where's the tape?

All you lurkers need to get in here and mingle with us. Thanks for reading though. Nice to know.

Glad you had a chance to hang at events as well. Nice meeting you sans the duct tape :smileywink:

Everyone should try being nice with others. Not a code but a way of life.

 How are you?
