Found it!   Raven companion.

Very strange...   instead of being in My Inventory like other companions, it shows up in My Rewards, press L3 and an Activate/Deactive button appears.

The raven flies arround a bit and then lands on either shoulder for a short rest, then flies some more.

**edit**  The following day it finally appeared in the regular Inventory.

Juggernaut last week via Twitter said there is a bug concerning the new fanwritten stories, that they were having difficulty pinpointing, and that they were quite disappointed. They did push the raven reward, Poe to be released this week though just for looking at the mysterious libram for the community while the stories still are worked on. Those should be available at a later date when fixed.

Okay, I feel stupid asking but, where's the mysterious libram at? I remember it was in the library before but the only interactive book I see here is the moulding manuscript.
