Yeah, i have noticed the poor quality with these screen shots

I blame photobucket, i used to use it, but it resizes them when you upload - and god forbid wouldnt let me alter the upload sizes - which damages the quality for some reason

Swapped to flickr, then only chopped down the photos

Well, I do not believe it is photobucket. Because it is showing all those imperfections on my PS3 before I even transported them to my laptop then upload them to photobucket.

And, they are about 100kB per picture. (1280 * 720 pixel < 1 megapixel!!) Even my camera phone's pictures' file size are larger than that! (~1.5MB each)

(JP clothes next time)

yeah, the quality of the pictures are not as good as they can be. Better than nothing, but it's definitely downgraded in quality.

I do quite a bit of photo editing in photoshop before posting my images. They are definately not straight captures off the camera on the PS3. I will fix crop to focus on the outfit, set the black white point in levels and work quite a bit with the brightness/contrast image adjustments among others. Relative to uploading I find that picoodle works fine for me. It'a free and I use the last link on the page for posting into the insert picture dialog box.

I also find that if you select the picture during the editing of a post and then hit the insert picture box again you can input the size you want the image to appear in the post. I've had mixed results with inputting the size initially for some images (not sure why). I have resized one of the pics to 580 x 325 pixels to illustrate. I have been setting my picture sizes to 228 x 335 pixels. It works fine for me although I crop to work only with the image of the outfit. Also, I think you will find that the image quality will also be a tad better if you place pics at a smaller size even without photoediting.

The outfits are great. Thank you for contributing to the thread.

Thanks you for the pics. Love em. I hadn't bought the white skirt yet Titus. And I really like Chu-Li's alternate hair style. Very nice.  Humm... off to the mall later this evening to pick up that skirt.

JPConway, be quiet, I know what you are going to say.

I love your expression here April! Thank you for posting the pic. Love the outfit and especially the top! Hadn't seen that one before! Is that the Infamous space, or perhaps the Guitar Hero one? I don't recognize it.
