You get the necklace and the bracelet just by entering Pier Park. The necklace and the bracelet are one piece item.

A friend of mine received a 2013 tiara reward, she believes from Pier Park but it showed up as a reward after she left there so unsure. Has anyone else seen this?

The 2013 Tiara reward is from the Confetti Bomb that you can buy and use in personal space or a club house.
