If so, then unfortunately it's no longer available. It was apart of the ADIDAS line from Konami, but it was all removed.

Not that I can recall, and I don't believe so. There are outfits that have hoodies up, but nothing we can mix 'n match with.

Example: The male Skater outfit in Costumes

UPDATE: There's an Assassin's Creed hoodie available in Threads (for Male). The hat part of it is a separate item, but together I believe it looks like a hoodie. I never purchased it, so check that item and wait for the 3D preview to see if it's to your liking.
