TO REGISTER AN INTREST

To show that you want to take part in the beta. If it were to be a rush to sign up it should saty something like

TO PARTICIPATE

To participate would mean that your in once you sign up.
To register an intrest means to show that you want to take part in this. I guess once you show your intrest, Sony would handpick them. How? Maybe at random. Maybe by whoever has spent the most at the playstation store- I hope not. Maybe theyll do it by Folding at home work units sent in, dont think so because how would they keep count with a million users who go by PS3. BTW, the October price cut now seems more likely because that is when the service will go live so it could act as a gimmick.
