thank you joanna. i agree, a lot of good ppl at the poker tables.
You're welcome.
My list is full of poker buds. I miss seeing them now on a regular basis given I'm not really playing poker at the moment (or many of them for that matter). It was the best time I had on home when I spent most of my time in the halls of EA. Season One will always have a special place in my heart.
Perhaps I'll get back in the mood at some point and get to meet a lot of new people.

yeah, ive gotten tired of poker now too. i play every now and then but for the most part me and cat try to find other things to do. i dont think i would get so tired of it if it wasnt for the ppl that dont know how to play a decent game without going all in all the time.

I think that is fantastic!!! I have also had the fortune to find love on Home, and not just love, but my soul mate. He is everything I never thought existed in a human being, the answer to my prayers. We met in Spring of last year, we started out as friends, he deleted me...I deleted him...we broke eachother's hearts...but ultimately fate worked it's magic and here we are now. We spend hours on the phone, we play many games together online, and very soon we will meet in real life. It's an amazing thing, and in my opinion, a much better way to get to know a person for who they really are.
And to all you people who disagree and think it's dumb....jealous much?
Congrats to all of you in the same boat as my love and I...and have a fantastic Valentine's Day!!

I have no problem believing a relationship can be found on Home. People are extremely social animals. Ask a number of people who are married how they met and I'll bet you get some stories that you wouldn't expect. People tend to dismiss Home as not being real ,but there is a real person behind every avatar. You just have to use caution when online because people may not be who they say they are. But if you treat people with respect and are honest about yourself, and don't expect to make the first avater you meet your soul mate, you will be ok.
Yep, well said.
