Actually the Dungeon's a paid add-on. Just read a tweet made by HeavyWater about it.

Now the question is...can guests use the dungeon and earn rewards as well as the owner....

@TheKCChad Any guest can enjoy a friend's Dungeon. They will be able to earn the extra rewards in Crystal Hunter that come with the Dungeon.

The fire / water option is similar to their 1st personal space created by Heavy Water: The Chamber Apartment. Very cool they bring this classic to life again
