Ya I have that reward but its in the shirts section, which stinks that you can't wear it over the blue shirt

No I haven't seen anything like that tag he wears around his neck. But as for the avatar itself, go to skin in the creator and turn up the wrinkles somewhere past 50. I've experimented with the all the character creation tools like the wrinkle option. It really does make a character look older when you use it. Dexter as cool as he is, isn't a young man. But your avatar does look like a young Dexter.

lol i have all skin features like the brow, eye, mouth and neck wrinkles up to 60%
