Where can I find the tiny giraffe pet? The description said it was from Konami, but I didn't see it in their store, and the person ignored me when I tried to ask where they got it from.

It's a prize from playing a game in the Jetsetter Apartment.  It's considered one of the more difficult prizes to get in Home.

I'm pretty sure you have to own the apartment to get the prize.

No you dont have to own it...unless they changed the rules but it does take some time to get the points and learn the game.....I'll be on at 8 send fr i will invite

I own the Plane apartment.  Just last week my friend and I both won the reward so more than just the owner can still win the giraffe.  A tip  I can offer is make sure to collect all of the time bulleyes and try to have 100 seconds or more at the 500 point checkpoint which is the halfway point.
