Gaming Tables

72 replies 503 views Edited Jun 7, 2013

Are gaming tables for your space or club something people are interested in?

We just released our "A Day at the Races" as an alternative to all the locomotions, movement and clothing that most developers are covering very well. What is your feeling about having more of these types of tables? Are they something you would look forward to getting?

For sure, if you could manage to make the slot count lower, that would be a plus.

Poker > Better thn Brimstone

Pool > Better than VeeMee

Since DL won't release Home versions, Roulette, Blackjack.

How about a shuffle board table like they have in some bars.

Kudos for reaching out to the community.

As far as game tables go, the only issue I have is slot allocation.  Now if Sony would finally let us save multiple layouts of our spaces then the slot allocation would no longer be very important, and this would encourage a lot more sales of items like this, as you could save a layout for "gaming" without losing other layouts that took a long time to make.

Maybe you might have more influence on the powers that be to get something like that done.  I'm sure all the devs would be grateful as it would lead to more sales for all those new layouts we could make, and I know a lot of users would be very grateful to be able to save multiple layouts.

Oh, and like your excellent Cutthroat personal space, having games built-in to personal spaces is really nice as long as they fit the theme.

Definitely, anything that will give us something to do with our friends in a personal space or club sounds great!

Ping Pong table where two people could play would be different and may work if you set it up right. There is air hockey in the Hot Zone space by Mass Media so a Ping Pong table might be cool. Just throwing out an idea that has yet to be made. The card game of Spades is another idea that I think would be cool. Digital Leisure has yet to address the game and may not even do so there is another idea that has yet to be done in Home.
